FUNCTION: the discrimination works by not acepting the differences of other people.When this happens people start to make little actions that trys to exclude or not acept other people in a group or in a social event.This actions can transform into very powerfull and ofensive actions that can make barries between people and starts to causes problems and issues that are very strong and difficult to end up.After years this started to happen and today stills happens but the issues have been reduce but the strong or even small actions continue wondering between us humans and the barries are still there. ----
The discrimination also works when someone has a different idea the people destroy his ideas by insulting them, criticicing them, and humilating the idea, sometimes the person that had the idea is bullyed, rejected, and ignored.
